Parliament has approved legislation transposing EU legislation on medium and large-scale combustion plants into the law applying to offshore oil and gas exploitation.
The Offshore Combustion Installations (Pollution Prevention and Control) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 were published on Wednesday, having been given the nod by the House of Lords a week earlier and by the Commons in May.
