The government has confirmed plans to open a new funding pot for the recovery of waste heat from industry.

The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) published its response to the consultation on the Industrial Heat Recovery Support Programme yesterday. The scheme will offer a total of £18m, split between feasibility studies (£6m) and capital grants (£12m).
