Appeal against poultry farm EIA dismissed

The High Court has dismissed an appeal against a decision by Shropshire Council to grant planning permission for a poultry farm on the grounds that its EIA was unsound.

The High Court has dismissed an appeal against a decision by Shropshire Council to grant planning permission for a poultry farm on the grounds that its EIA was unsound.

The appeal was brought about by a neighbour of the proposed site, which will include four poultry buildings with feed bins, a gate house and a boiler house at Footbridge Farm, Tasley, Bridgnorth, Shropshire.
