Welsh Water performance rating downgraded due to permit compliance failures

Regulator Natural Resources Wales (NRW) has reduced Welsh Water’s rating from a ‘good’ 3-star rating to a 2-star rating which means it is ‘requiring improvements’.

In a report published today, NRW rates the water company on a range of seven measures, used across the water industry in England and Wales.
