As the UK prepares for Brexit, it must show its commitment to tackling and adapting to rising temperatures if we are to live and undertake business in a continuously changing climate

Tackling climate change is becoming increasingly challenging as it continues to be both highly politicised and deprioritised in comparison to issues such as Brexit. With a heatwave across the UK producing one of the country’s warmest summers since records began, the effects of climate change have never been more evident. Climate change will continue to have a serious impact on infrastructure, food and water supplies, biodiversity, businesses and human health.
