A blueprint setting out how the government intends to deal with the increasing risks from flooding, drought, heat, sea level rise and severe weather resulting from climate change has been revealed.

The government’s second National Adaptation Programme (NAP) was published yesterday, setting out details of the government’s strategy for dealing with climate change.
