A Harrow business has been ordered to pay a £51,000 fine after it dumped seven and a half tonnes of rubbish in a playing field, endangering the local wildlife.

Triangle Care and Maintenance, described as a "persistent" fly-tipper by Harrow Council, was caught on camera dumping the rubbish, which eventually cost the London borough £4,177.64 to clear up.
