Waste criminal handed 22-week sentence over unpermitted facility

A waste criminal has been sentenced to 22 weeks’ imprisonment for operating a waste facility without a permit.

John Bruce (aged 46) this week pleaded guilty to carrying out illegal waste activities at Ridgeway Park Farm, Throckmorton Airfield, Worcestershire, without an environmental permit.
