The right-wing thinktank the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) has warned that EU environmental protection rules are "anti-competitive” and are “disguised methods of protectionism”.

In a report published yesterday and launched by prominent Brexiteers Boris Johnson and Jacob Rees-Mogg, the organisation sets out “an alternative” free trade framework for Brexit.
