Environmental policy for plastics will likely see a move towards consumption taxes, environment secretary Michael Gove has said.

Gove told a Conservative Party Conference fringe event yesterday that, “different types of plastics must be distinguished, where you tax the use of virgin plastics and incentivise more recycling”.
