Four men have been landed with fines totalling more than £66,000 for the illegal use of waste for construction at a golf and leisure business in Kent.

Grant Kay, the secretary and John Kay the director of at Great Chart Golf and Leisure, in Ashford, Kent as well as hauliers Mark Luck from Mark Luck Limited and Robert Body from Robert Body Haulage Limited pleaded guilty to waste offences at Sevenoaks Magistrates this week.
