Odour and noise pollution from a north Cornwall creamery’s wastewater treatment plant has prompted Environment Agency (EA) enforcement action.  

The EA issued Dairy Crest, whose brands include Cathedral City cheese, an enforcement notice in September under Regulation 36 of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010.
