The government will today launch a new fund to help heavy industry move to net zero greenhouse gas emissions.

Energy minister Claire Perry will tell delegates at the UN climate summit in Poland (COP24) that the UK must “tackle emissions from energy intensive sectors and bring clean growth to our great industrial centres” if it is to continue progress on cutting emissions.
