Welsh farmer handed year-long conditional discharge for illegally storing waste

A Flintshire farmer has been given a conditional discharge and fined two thousand pounds for storing waste without an environmental permit

Richard Eifion Jones was also fined £2,100 at Mold Magistrates Court on 15 May after pleading guilty to storing waste without a permit on his Gwernymynydd farm on 13 January 2016.
