A man has been sentenced to 160 hours of unpaid work for operating a dump in Kirckcaldy without any environmental permits

William Noble was sentenced at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on 1 June after pleading guilty to breaching section 33(1)(b)(i) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and must complete the community payback order within nine months.
