Regulatory changes save onshore oil and gas sector millions

The onshore oil and gas industry has benefited most heavily from the Environment Agency’s recent regulatory activities

In a document, published on 30 May, the Environment Agency (EA) assesses the financial implications of its activities under the government’s business impact target, which was extended to all regulators in England in 2016.
