Repeat waste offender given three months to pay £225k

A waste criminal who was spared jail twice could now be imprisoned if he does not pay back some of the money he made illegally

Heddwyn Williams was sentenced under the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) during a hearing at Swansea Crown Court on 6 June.
