Environmental lawyers have a ‘duty to speak out’

Legal professionals must stand firm to protect the rule of law, a senior US environmental lawyer will tell delegates at this year’s UKELA conference

Seth Davis, a specialist at US law firm Elias Group and chair of the environment, energy and resources section of the American Bar Association, will tell delegates at this year’s UKELA annual conference that US environmental law is in a state of uncertainty and discuss the implications both for the nation itself and the wider world.
