Lawyers draw up plans to prevent weakening of EU environment rules

UK lawyers are poised to scrutinise the government’s rolling over of EU environment law in a bid to prevent any loss or weakening of regulation after Brexit

UKELA’s Brexit taskforce, which includes environmental law solicitors, barristers, legal academics and members of the judiciary, set out its plans to scrutinise the government’s action on 28 June.
