The 19 leaders restated their commitment to the “irreversible” Paris Agreement to tackle climate change in a declaration that followed a fractious meeting where US president Donald Trump was cold shouldered over his decision to pull the US out of the climate deal. It has so far been ratified by 153 of the 197 countries who signed up in December 2015.
