Demolition firm fined for deliberately flouting waste rules

PTS Demolition and Dismantling repeatedly ignored EA advice and as a result has been prosecuted for operating a waste facility without a permit

PTS Demolition and Dismantling, which operates out of Hackworth industrial estate in County Durham, was prosecuted for operating a waste transfer station without a permit at Newton Aycliffe Magistrates Court on 5 July.
