Gove signals support for English DRS scheme

DEFRA has launched a consultation into the potential introduction of a deposit return scheme and called on a working group investigating the matter to speed up its work

The new environment secretary made the comments on 2 October as he announced the launch of a four-week government consultation on the potential introduction of such a scheme.
