Glasgow picked for Scotland’s first LEZ

The largest city in Scotland will host only the sixth low-emission zone in the UK by the end of the year

The news was announced by first minister of Scotland Nicola Sturgeon at the close of the Scottish National Party’s annual conference in the city on 10 October. It will also be only the sixth LEZ to be set up in the whole of the UK.
