Waste criminal jailed twice and loses home for failure to pay up

A waste criminal who refused to pay court ordered costs, has served two prison sentences and lost his house after proceeds of crime order was enforced

Robert Murphy, 49, of Carver Road, was served a confiscation order of more than £20,000 under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
