Consultation opens on new mercury controls

DEFRA and the devolved administrations are seeking views on the enforcement of new EU and international rules on mercury and its compounds

The cross-government consultation, opened on 23 October, is being hosted by DEFRA, with input from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), the Department of Health and the devolved administrations.
