Comments from the climate change minister suggest the government is making a U-turn on CCS but Labour says it is too little, too late

Claire Perry, the climate change minister, confirmed the taskforce, first unveiled in the clean growth strategy (CGS) on 12 October, would be launched by BEIS next month.
