Consultation opens on civil penalties for F-gas breaches

Civil penalties of up to £200,000 are expected to be introduced for infringing rules on the powerful greenhouse gases in England and Scotland

The plan to amend the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2015 next year was revealed on 26 October. It also extends to offshore installations.
