The government’s air quality policies will once again be challenged in the High Court, after ClientEarth renewed its long-running challenge to government policies.
It lodged papers with the High Court on 26 October, seeking judicial review of the latest plan to reduce roadside nitrogen dioxide, published three months earlier. The news was confirmed on 6 November, when the organisation revealed that a judge had ruled the challenge admissible.
