The regulator published two working papers on 6 November related to ongoing network efficiencies, costs, upgrades and new policies. 

Its proposals directly correlate to the emerging smart grid as well as an evaluation of costs, efficiencies and solutions needed in the current grid system which is experiencing rapid change.
