Date set for ClientEarth challenge to air quality policy

The environmental lawyers’ case against the latest plan to tackle roadside nitrogen dioxide will be heard on 23 February

The decision to expedite the case was announced on 5 December, after the case was accepted by the court a month earlier. It will be the ninth hearing in the environmental lawyers’ long-running series of judicial review cases on air pollution.
