UK relationship with EU a 'two-way street'

The UK has helped shape European environmental policy as well as being shaped by it, according to an academic review ahead of the referendum

The report, published on 11 April, seeks to “cut through the technical complexity and the uncertainty” associated with choices about EU membership ahead of the June referendum. It was undertaken by a group of academic experts and funded by the Economic and Social Science Research Council (ESRC) and the Higher Education Funding Council for England’s Higher Education Innovation Fund.
