Belfast brothers to pay £340k for ‘reckless’ waste offences

A Northern Ireland waste firm and its directors have been slapped with a huge penalty after repeatedly breaching waste laws

Ace Bates Skip Hire and its former directors, brothers Thomas and Gary Bates, were ordered to pay a £200,000 confiscation under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
