EA suspends definition of waste panel

The Environment Agency’s team of experts who make individual decisions about end of waste has been temporarily closed

In a tiny update to its online ‘IsItWaste’ guidance on by-products and end of waste tests on 5 October, it said the definition of waste panel was “temporarily closed”. But panel has in fact been inoperative since 16 September.
