ULEZ standards may be applied London-wide

The mayor of London is considering extending ultra-low emission zone rules for heavy vehicles across the entire capital

The mayor has proposed dividing London into three emissions control zones. Map: TfLStrict emissions policies for the centre of London may be expanded to cover the whole of the capital’s greater region - possibly as early as 2019.

Transport for London (TfL) began consulting on the plans on 10 October. They are more detailed than the first phase, which was published by mayor of London Sadiq Khan in July.
