Heat policy needs revamp to meet 2030 climate target

A major overhaul of emissions reduction policies in heating and buildings in the forthcoming Carbon Plan will be vital to 2030 climate goals, say climate advisers

The report, published on 13 October, singles out these sectors since they account for 40% of energy use and 20% of domestic emissions.
