UK seeks to delay tougher power plant emissions limits

Five EU member states want “further improvements” to the technical reference document limiting pollution from large combustion plant

In a joint letter dated September, representatives from the UK, Poland, the Czech Republic, Greece and Finland said the LCP technical reference document (BREF) requires “further improvements” before member states vote on the final version.
