EA forced to close scrapyard over ‘extreme’ noise pollution

A scrapyard in Bath has agreed to close after the Environment Agency challenged its extreme noisiness

The Environment Agency (EA) says this is the first time it has had to take such action against a waste site because of “extreme levels” of noise pollution.
