JNCC faces cuts following triennial review

A review of the Joint Nature Conservation Committee has recommended a reduction in size and overheads to make it a “leaner, nimbler organisation”

A triennial review of the body, which advises the UK government and devolved administrations on UK-wide and international nature conservation, began in December 2015 and the resulting report was published on 3 November.
