Scottish food waste stats set baseline for 2025 target

Scotland has taken the first step towards meeting its new food waste target with the publication of its most comprehensive statistics to date

The report, which was published on 23 November, for the first time includes an estimate for the amount of food wasted across all sectors of the economy.
