Government commits £15m to natural flood management

Natural flood management projects in England will get a multi-million pound boost, although it is not yet clear how they will be allocated

On 24 November, Andrea Leadsom confirmed to parliament that, although flood defences such as concrete barriers are “very important”, natural flood management is “vital” as well.
