Business as usual for power station RO commissioning

Ofgem has concluded that operators can continue setting their own procedures for completing commissioning of power stations to qualify for the Renewables Obligation

On 2 December, the energy regulator published its response to a consultation that had sought views from the energy industry on how biofuel and waste plants eligible for the RO can pass the final hurdles to commercial operation.
