Scotland confirms importance of environmental policy in Brexit negotiations

A Scottish Brexit plan, published on 20 December, affirms the government’s earlier commitment to continue to uphold and contribute to EU-wide environmental policy, saying it will ensure withdrawal “does not lead to a regression from the high standards we have attained in these areas, largely through the implementation of EU law”.
