Jail sentences for brothers who ran illegal waste sites

Two men have been given suspended jail sentences for running illegal waste operations in the Yorkshire area

Jamie Michael Todd, of America Moor Lane in Morley, and Thomas Todd, of Littlemoor Gardens in Pudsey, admitted nine waste management offences as directors of Leeds Paper Recycling Ltd. They were sentenced on 28 January at Leeds crown court, nearly a year after they were charged with the offences.
