Thames Tunnel judicial reviews rejected

The rejection of four judicial reviews has paved the way for the construction of a ‘super sewer’ under the Thames

London Borough of Southwark and Blue Green London Plan submitted judicial reviews last year challenging government decisions to approve the project. But on 15 January both claims were rejected by Justice Ouseley.
