Consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble (P&G) has reduced the amount of manufacturing waste it sends to landfill to 0.4% across its worldwide facilities – far in advance of its target of 0.5% by 2020.

According to its 16th annual sustainability report, P&G has also achieved zero manufacturing waste to landfill across almost 50% of its sites since it set the goal in 2010 (endsreport.com/25557).1
