EA confirms risk changes to bespoke permitting

The Environment Agency is pressing forward with plans to change the way risks are assessed before a bespoke environmental permit is issued

The Environment Agency (EA) has confirmed it will change the way risks are assessed for new bespoke environmental permits.

The EA consulted on the amendments in 2013. It partially responded to concerns raised by those affected in January 2015 and has now published its full response.
