Continued decline in rivers, birds and priority species

DEFRA’s report on progress against the ambitions in its natural environment white paper reveals poor performance in a number of priority areas

The report, published on 23 July, contains a set of indicators created to track progress on ambitions set out in the previous government’s natural environment white paper.
