Climate risk influences investment decisions

More than half of asset managers decide not to invest in company stocks and shares due to climate change

Climate risk assessments are influencing institutional investment decisions, a survey by the Global Investor Coalition on Climate Change has found.

The finding is based on responses from 37 asset owners, such as pension funds and insurers, and 47 asset managers, collectively valued at $14trn.
