DEFRA requests report on air quality and climate change

The Environment Department (DEFRA) and the devolved administrations have asked its Air Quality Expert Group to prepare a report on the interrelationships between air quality and climate change. The request follows recognition that there are potential synergies and trade-offs between policies intended to mitigate air pollution and policies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
