Making an unholy mess of clinical waste

In 1995, several lorry trailers and an entire warehouse full of decomposing clinical waste were found during an official investigation spanning several months. Two years later, the director of the contracting business concerned was sent to jail for 18 months for environmental offences, and a further nine months for conspiracy to defraud - this on top of an earlier jail sentence of three years for another fraud.
